How many phone calls did I get from these folks to ensure that I received my packages on time? I have two addresses and both of these hard working receptionists gave me friendly, patient, intelligent service to make sure that I received everything okay at the correct address and this after I changed the address on them TWICE! I work in customer service and have years of training on what good service means. This company hit it right on the head with these two conscientious staffers, Jen and Sue. Every product I have ever received from this company has prospered and exceeded my expectations.
